1. The Photoshop file

2. In Photoshop, make sure that your Preference Setting looks like this:

3. In ImageReady, Select File->Export->Macromedia Flash SWF

4. In Flash Export Window, make sure that your settings looks like this:

5. Then import the .swf file into Flash and you will be able to get the layers.
